Jika host tidak memperbarui kunci (dengan kata lain, memperpanjang sewa) dengan ini dalam periode waktu ini, penyedia persistensi membuka kunci instans dan host lain dapat mengunci instans. Nilainya adalah TimeSpan dari bentuk "hh:mm:ss". Nilai minimum yang diizinkan adalah "00:00:01" (1 detik). Nilai default properti ini adalah "00:00:30" (30 detik).
