The key of the root element, if it is localizable. Otherwise, the value is set to null.

Remarks

You can set some properties for the entire page by adding or modifying the properties of its root element, due to the effects of property inheritance for dependency properties. For example, changing the root element's FlowDirection property sets that property for every element on the page.
