Enumerates states of a force feedback effect.

Remarks
This enumeration is used by the IGameInputForceFeedbackEffect::SetState and IGameInputForceFeedbackEffect::GetState methods. If a device is disconnected, GetState
always returns GameInputFeedbackStopped
.
