Metode ini DrainRequestsGracefully mengambil informasi tentang bagaimana IIS akan menutup permintaan yang tertunda ketika proses pekerja dimatikan. Misalnya, jika IIS dimulai ulang, DrainRequestsGracefully metode akan kembali false karena semua permintaan yang tertunda akan dihentikan.
