Metode menonaktifkan DisableKernelCache penembolokan kernel untuk respons saat ini.

Anda dapat secara opsional meneruskan reason parameter yang berisi nilai yang ditentukan dalam IISCacheEvents::HTTPSYS_CACHEABLE::enumReason enumerasi untuk menunjukkan mengapa Anda menonaktifkan penembolokan.

Catatan
