"Not a valid win32 application" error when you install Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Visio Pro for Microsoft 365, or Project for Microsoft 365

Problem

When you try to install Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Visio Pro for Microsoft 365, or Project for Microsoft 365, you receive the following error message:

This is not a valid Win32 application.

This issue occurs if you try to install the program on an operating system that's not supported.

Solution

To resolve this issue, make sure that the computer meets the system requirements for the program. For more information about system requirements for Office 2013, see System requirements for Office 2013.
