Parameters

• httpContext
  Type: System.Web.HttpContextBase
  The HTTP context, which encapsulates all HTTP-specific information about an individual HTTP request.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if access is authorized; otherwise, false.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	The httpContext parameter is null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

The httpContext object contains information about the server, session, request, user, application, and more.
