Exceptions
Exception | Condition |
---|---|
ArgumentException | The length of the string being set is greater than the maximum specified in the Orders storage mapping file. |
InvalidOperationException | The order group has been disposed, either directly or by conversion from an OrderTemplate to a Basket or a Basket to a PurchaseOrder. |
Remarks
Returns the name of the OrderGroup. Name is the name of the OrderGroup-derived class. For example, for a Basket, this represents the basket name.
Name must be unique across derived class types for a single user. In other words, if a user has two Basket objects named "George's Gifts" and "Sara's Birthday", the user cannot also have an OrderTemplate named "Sara's Birthday" simultaneously.
Name is trimmed of leading and trailing white space characters before being set.
The default maximum length for Name is 64 characters, as defined in the corresponding table column constraint specified in the default Orders storage mapping file, OrderObjectMappings.xml.
