How to Edit Catalog Metadata
For the latest version of Commerce Server 2007 Help, see the Microsoft Web site.
This topic describes how to edit the catalog metadata. You edit the catalog metadata to add or remove catalog properties to or from your property definitions, respectively.
Note
The Catalog and Inventory Manager does not run concurrency checking. Therefore, if two users are working in the Catalog and Inventory Manager on two different computers, and the users both add new properties to the same catalog definition, only the new properties of the user who saved the properties last will be saved to the system. The properties added by the first user are discarded.
