SUM (Report Builder)

Returns the sum of all the values in a set.

Syntax

SUM(aggregate)

aggregate

Specifies the field name or formula to aggregate.

Remarks

• SUM can be used with fields that contain numeric values only.
• Null values are ignored.

Example

Formula	Result
SUM(Sales Orders)	Returns the sum of all sales orders, a value such as $139,453.23.
