Copying Operators or Alerts to Other Servers

Once you have defined your operators and alerts, you can generate a Transact-SQL script to copy them to other servers. You can save time if you copy the same group of operators and alerts to other servers by using Transact-SQL. Use of a Transact-SQL script also guards against the introduction of errors through manual re-creation of operators and alerts.
