Enter Password to Open File Dialog Box
The Enter password to open file dialog box prompts you to enter a password to import an existing certificate into the personal certificate store.
To access this dialog box, select a project node in Solution Explorer, then on the Project menu, click Properties. When the Project Designer appears, click the Signing tab. On the Signing page, click the Select from File button, then select a certificate key (.pfx) file. The file must be password protected and must not already exist in your personal certificate store.
