Preparing Computers to Run or Host Office Solutions

All Office solutions have prerequisites that must be installed before the solution can be run.

Checking for Prerequisites During Setup

Configuring IIS for Deployment

If you deploy to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), you might have to configure the MIME type for the deployment manifest. For more information, see How to: Prepare IIS for Deployment of Office Solutions.
