Remarks
This class encapsulates data for network interfaces, also known as adapters, on the local computer.
This class is used to enable basic detection of changes in network state, such as address or interface state changes. Applications can keep track of when to get application data and assets from the network or from a local cache and can decide if they should make remote network calls. This helps enable offline Silverlight applications.
