MessageVersion.CreateVersion Method (EnvelopeVersion, AddressingVersion)

The AddressingVersion that indicates the WS-Addressing version.

Type: System.ServiceModel.Channels.MessageVersion
The MessageVersion that uses WS-Addressing and SOAP versions specified..
