Converts the timestamp without time zone sourceTs from the sourceTz time zone to targetTz.

Syntax
from pyspark.databricks.sql import functions as dbf
dbf.convert_timezone(sourceTz=<sourceTz>, targetTz=<targetTz>, sourceTs=<sourceTs>)
