Represents the method that is called when an ActivityDelegate completes.

Remarks
The values in the outArguments dictionary are the RuntimeDelegateArgument values of the ActivityDelegate that are assigned when the ActivityDelegate is invoked, keyed by RuntimeDelegateArgument.Name.
