Gets either a reference to a TValue in the dictionary or a null reference if the key does not exist in the dictionary.

Returns
TValue
A reference to a TValue in the dictionary or a null reference if the key does not exist in the dictionary.
Remarks
The null reference can be detected by calling IsNullRef<T>(T).
