Definition

Performs a logical comparison of the two OracleString operands to determine if they are equal.

An OracleBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of OracleString is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.

Remarks

The equivalent method for this operator is OracleString.NotEquals(OracleString, OracleString)
