Performs a logical comparison of the two SqlString operands to determine whether the first is less than or equal to the second.

Returns
A SqlBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance. Otherwise, False. If either instance of SqlString is null, the Value of the SqlBoolean will be Null.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is SqlString.LessThanOrEqual(SqlString, SqlString)
