Removes the digital signature with a given signature uniform resource identifier (URI).

The URI of the PackageDigitalSignature to remove.
Remarks
This method also removes the associated X.509 certificate if it is not referenced by any other digital signature.
After removing a signature, call Flush to persist the change to the store.
