How to: Open and Close a Report (Management Studio)

To open and close a report

1. In Object Explorer, expand a report server node. For more information, see Using Object Explorer.

2. Expand the Home folder, and navigate to the folder containing the report you want to open.

3. Right-click a report or linked report, and then click View Report. The report opens in a browser window.

   The following icon indicates a report:

   

   The following icon indicates a linked report:

   

4. To close a report, close the browser hosting it.
