Nell'esempio seguente viene creato un oggetto FileSystemWatcher per controllare la directory specificata in fase di esecuzione. Il componente è impostato per controllare le modifiche apportate e in LastWrite tempo LastAccess , la creazione, l'eliminazione o la ridenominazione dei file di testo nella directory. Se un file viene modificato, creato o eliminato, il percorso del file viene stampato nella console. Quando un file viene rinominato, i percorsi precedenti e nuovi vengono stampati nella console.

Si tratta di un percorso completo di una directory. Se la IncludeSubdirectories proprietà è true, questa directory è la radice in cui il sistema controlla le modifiche; in caso contrario, è l'unica directory osservata. Per controllare un file specifico, impostare la Path proprietà sulla directory completa, corretta e sulla Filter proprietà sul nome del file.

La Path proprietà supporta i percorsi UNC (Universal Naming Convention).

Annotazioni

Questa proprietà deve essere impostata prima che il componente possa controllare le modifiche.

Quando una directory viene rinominata, l'elemento FileSystemWatcher viene ricollegato automaticamente all'elemento appena rinominato. Ad esempio, se si imposta la Path proprietà su "C:\Documenti" e quindi si rinomina manualmente la directory in "C:\Documenti", il componente continua ad ascoltare le notifiche di modifica nella directory appena rinominata. Tuttavia, quando si richiede la Path proprietà , contiene il percorso precedente. Ciò si verifica perché il componente determina quali directory controlla in base all'handle, anziché al nome della directory. La ridenominazione non influisce sull'handle. Pertanto, se si elimina il componente e quindi si ricrea senza aggiornare la Path proprietà, l'applicazione avrà esito negativo perché la directory non esiste più.
