Every time i try to boot my pc it says: "Reboot and Select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key." I think I tried everything to fix it but it still won't work

If there are any external drives connected to your PC, disconnect them, or if there is a DVD or SD card inserted in your PC, remove it.
Boot your PC into BIOS, find the option to restore BIOS defaults and apply that, then go to the Boot Priority list and ensure either the internal drive or 'Windows Boot Manager' is set as the primary boot device, save those settings and restart your device to see if Windows starts normally.
