A class representing a collection of BillingPaymentMethodLinkResource and their operations. Each BillingPaymentMethodLinkResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingProfileResource. To get a BillingPaymentMethodLinkCollection instance call the GetBillingPaymentMethodLinks method from an instance of BillingProfileResource.
