A class representing a collection of DevTestLabSecretResource and their operations. Each DevTestLabSecretResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of DevTestLabUserResource. To get a DevTestLabSecretCollection instance call the GetDevTestLabSecrets method from an instance of DevTestLabUserResource.
