QueueClient.CreateIfNotExists Method

The CreateIfNotExists(IDictionary<String,String>, CancellationToken) operation creates a new queue under the specified account. If the queue already exists, it is not changed.

Remarks
A RequestFailedException will be thrown if a failure occurs.
