Per impostazione predefinita, la raccolta è con distinzione tra maiuscole e minuscole e usa l'implementazione della chiave come provider di codice hash e l'implementazione Object.GetHashCodeObject.Equals della chiave come comparer.
Il comparer determina se due chiavi sono uguali. Ogni chiave in un HybridDictionary deve essere univoca.
