Le voci che seguono lo spostamento della voce rimossa si spostano fino a occupare il punto vuoto e gli indici delle voci che spostano vengono aggiornati anche.

Se la raccolta non contiene una voce con la OrderedDictionary chiave specificata, il OrderedDictionary valore rimane invariato e non viene generata alcuna eccezione.
