Esempio

Nell'esempio seguente viene definita una classe generica con due parametri di tipo e quindi viene definita una seconda classe generica che deriva dalla prima classe. La classe base della classe derivata ha due argomenti di tipo: il primo è e il secondo è un parametro di Int32 tipo del tipo derivato. Commenti

Per creare un'istanza di un tipo, non devono essere presenti definizioni di tipo generico o tipi costruiti aperti negli argomenti di tipo del tipo stesso, in qualsiasi tipo generico contenitore o in qualsiasi elemento del tipo. Un altro modo per dirlo è che quando viene esaminato in modo ricorsivo, il tipo non deve contenere parametri di tipo generico.

Poiché i tipi possono essere arbitrariamente complessi, questa determinazione è difficile. Per praticità e per ridurre la probabilità di errore, la proprietà fornisce un modo standard per distinguere tra tipi costruiti chiusi, di cui è possibile creare un'istanza, e tipi costruiti aperti, che non ContainsGenericParameters possono. Se la ContainsGenericParameters proprietà restituisce , non è possibile creare true un'istanza del tipo.

La ContainsGenericParameters proprietà cerca in modo ricorsivo i parametri di tipo. Ad esempio, restituisce per una matrice i cui elementi sono di tipo ( in Visual Basic), anche se la true A<T> matrice non è A(Of T) generica. A differenza del comportamento della proprietà IsGenericType , che restituisce per le false matrici.
