Utilizzare la EditItemTemplate proprietà per definire un'interfaccia utente personalizzata per l'elemento in modalità di modifica. Il EditItemTemplate modello contiene in genere i controlli di input per l'utente per aggiornare i valori di un record esistente. In genere contiene pulsanti per aggiornare il record e annullare l'operazione di aggiornamento.

Per specificare il modello personalizzato in modo dichiarativo, aggiungere un EditItemTemplate elemento all'interno del ListView controllo. Aggiungere quindi il contenuto e i controlli per il modello all'elemento EditItemTemplate . È possibile associare un campo a un controllo di input usando un'espressione di associazione bidirezionale. In questo modo il controllo consente di visualizzare automaticamente il ListView valore del campo originale nel controllo di input associato per l'elemento in modalità di modifica. Quando viene aggiornato un record, il controllo può estrarre automaticamente il ListView valore del campo aggiornato dal controllo di input associato. Per creare pulsanti che eseguono le operazioni di annullamento e aggiornamento predefinite, aggiungere un controllo pulsante al modello. Impostare la relativa CommandName proprietà su uno dei valori elencati nella tabella seguente.
