Utilizzare la AffectedRows proprietà per determinare il numero di elementi interessati dall'operazione di eliminazione, come segnalato dal controllo origine dati. Questa proprietà viene in genere usata per determinare se il numero corretto di elementi sono stati eliminati nei modi seguenti:

  • Per verificare che sia stato eliminato solo un singolo elemento. A volte un'istruzione di eliminazione scritta in modo errato può eliminare più elementi.

  • Per verificare che un elemento sia stato eliminato se si verifica un errore durante l'operazione di eliminazione, ma non è stata generata alcuna eccezione.

  • Per verificare che un elemento sia stato eliminato quando un controllo origine dati che supporta la concorrenza ottimistica (ad esempio i SqlDataSource controlli e ObjectDataSource ) ha la proprietà ConflictDetection impostata sul ConflictOptions.CompareAllValues valore di enumerazione. In questa impostazione, un elemento modificato da un altro utente potrebbe non essere eliminato.
