La seconda parte dell'esempio di codice è il codice sorgente per i due WebPart controlli che fungono da consumer e provider per la connessione e un'interfaccia usata per i punti di connessione. Dopo aver caricato la pagina in un browser, usare il controllo elenco a discesa Modalità di visualizzazione per passare alla modalità di connessione della pagina. Fare clic sul menu dei verbi (rappresentato dalla freccia verso il basso nella barra del titolo) su uno dei WebPart controlli e fare clic sul verbo di connessione. Ogni connessione web part è costituita da due controlli che condividono i dati. Un controllo funge da provider di dati e l'altro controllo funge da consumer, ricevendo ed elaborando i dati dal provider. La Consumer proprietà ottiene un riferimento al WebPart controllo che funge da consumer in una relazione di connessione.
