La SelectedIndices raccolta cambia ogni volta che la Selected proprietà di un ListViewItem oggetto cambia. La modifica della proprietà può verificarsi a livello di codice o quando l'utente seleziona un elemento o cancella la selezione di un elemento. Quando l'utente seleziona un elemento senza premere CTRL per eseguire una selezione multipla, il controllo cancella prima la selezione precedente. In questo caso, questo evento si verifica una volta per ogni elemento selezionato in precedenza e una volta per l'elemento appena selezionato.
Per determinare quali elementi sono selezionati nel ListView controllo, usare la SelectedItems proprietà per accedere a ListView.SelectedListViewItemCollection. È possibile creare un gestore eventi per questo evento per eseguire attività ogni volta che si verifica una modifica agli elementi selezionati nel ListView controllo.
