Business value

The current storage of survey responses in JSON format poses limitations on the utilization of this valuable information for in-depth analysis and restricts a retailer's ability to leverage low-code tools for analytics. The new feature aims to address this issue by parsing the responses, separating them into individual question responses, and storing them in normalized tables. This approach enables convenient data access and empowers retailers to independently create their analytics, thereby enhancing their capacity to extract meaningful insights from the survey data.

Feature details

Periodically planning tasks enable organizations to optimize resource utilization by leveraging the most up-to-date information. Nonetheless, to maximize returns, it is crucial to continuously enhance the cycle of defining and evaluating tasks. To achieve this, organizations can analyze all task executions based on multiple parameters, assess current performance, and periodically refine their approach. Adopting an analytical approach to task execution empowers organizations to extract valuable insights from their processes and pinpoint areas that require improvement. This pursuit of efficiency enhancements yields superior results and outcomes.
