How do I reschedule lessons?
Request a reschedule through your Schedule page
If you need to reschedule an upcoming lesson, you can easily submit a schedule adjustment request through your online student account.
Once you’ve submitted the request, your teacher will receive notification that you’d like to reschedule the lesson. It is important to remember that submitting a request does not guarantee that the lesson will be rescheduled. Your teacher must confirm the request before the lesson is moved.
NOTE: If the start time of your lesson is less than 24 hours away, the gear icon will not be visible, per our policy.
STEP 1 Go to your Schedule page and select the lesson you want to reschedule from your list of upcoming lessons.
STEP 2 Click Reschedule.
STEP 3 Pick a date from the calendar that you would like to move the class to.
STEP 4 Select the time for your reschedule from your instructors available timesloes, then click Done.
Note: It is helpful to add a lesson comment for your teacher with additional information on your request.
After an adjustment request has been submitted, a confirmation will appear on the date you have requested to reschedule. A notification will be sent to your instructor, and you will receive an email confirmation once your teacher Accepts or Declines to your request.
