Window7でプリンタドライバがインストールできない

Windows 7でプリンタのドライバがインストールできません。エラーメッセージは「プリンターをインストールできませんでした。プリンタプロセッサが存在しません。」これはネットワークプリンタでキヤノンのiR3225Fです。2週間前くらい前までは使えていたのですが、突然使えなくなり、最初はプリンタのスプールサービスが直ぐに落ちてしまうというものでした。その問題はITが解決したのですが、その後、プリンタのドライバが前述の通りインストールできなくなりました。

Answers においては過去に同様の投稿は見当たらなかったのですが、表示されるメッセージを元に調べてみたところ、「プリント プロセッサ」という以下のフォルダー下にあるファイルに何らかの問題がある場合に、このようなエラーが発生する場合があるようです。

    C:\Windows\System32\spool\prtprocs

当初「スプーラ サービス」に問題が発生していたようなので、そちらが影響しているのかもしれませんね。

以下を参考に、「システム ファイル チェッカー」を実行してみてはどうでしょうか。

また、もう少し情報があると良いアドバイスが貰えるかもしれませんので、確認してみてください。

    ・ 「スプーラ サービス」に発生していた問題の詳細と、どのようにそれを解決したのか

    ・ 突然使えなくなった直前に、システム変更など気になることは無かったか

    ・ プリンターのドライバーをどのような手順でインストールしているのか

    ・ イベント ログにエラー等の記録がされていないか

    回答有難うございます。

    システム　ファイル　チェッカーの結果を貼り付けてしまい、長文で申し訳ありません。

    メッセージは同じように　「プリンタプロセッサが存在しません」と表示されてインストールできません。

    システム　ファイル　チェッカーは３回ほど実行しましたが、一部不具合の解消ができていないと表示

    されます。

    ご指摘のようにリカバリーしかないようですね。週末にでもトライしてみます。

    プリンター ドライバーのインストールができないということですが、Certitude さんと同じようなメッセージが表示されるのでしょうか?

    確認したところ、プリンター プロセッサというのは OS 自体の印刷に関連する機能のようです。

    そのため、この部分に問題があるのであれば、OS そのものを修復する必要があるようですね。

    以前にも「システム ファイル チェッカー」を行われたようですが、念のためにもう一度試してみてはいかがでしょうか。

    ただ、修復できない部分があったということなので、今回も同じ結果であれば、リカバリーが必要になると思います。。

    リカバリーの前には、必要なデータを外部媒体にバックアップを取ってくださいね。

    なお、リカバリーの手順はメーカーや機種によって異なる場合があるので、不明点があればコンピューター メーカーにご確認ください。

    プリンタドライバをインストールすると、デバイスを正しくインストールできないと表示されます。

    パソコンはエプソンMR４０００で　windows7を使用。今回プリンターをエプソンEP-805Aを購入。

    プリンタドライバがうまく入らず、メーカーに相談していろいろ試しましたが、最終的にプリント

    プロセッサの問題とのことで、windowsに相談するよう言われました。

    しかたなくwebで検索してこのページを発見して返信をしています。

    少し前に、システムファイルチェッカーで一部不具合の解消ができていません。

    ログファイルを添付しますので、どう対処したらよいかご教授ください。よろしくお願いいたします。
