B5用紙に印刷できない

B5用紙に印刷できません。

何年か前にWindows7から無料グレードアップでWindows10に。

どうしてもB5用紙に印刷したいのですが、印刷画面にB5の用紙の選択肢がないことに気が付きました。

使っているプリンターPX-A740のメーカー、エプソンに問合せ、ドライバーのダウンロードなどしましたが、うまくいかず、エラーとなります。

「WizipSelf-Extractor　Error5　running　comand　\pxA640_740x64・・・」のエラー表示です。

その後NECにも問い合わせましたが、「・・・ご案内できない」とのことでした。B5用紙をどうしても使えるようにしたいのですが、あきらめるしかないでしょうか。
