SharePointOnlineに250MB以上のファイルをアップロードする方法について

Question

250MB以上のファイルサイズをSharePointOnlineにアップロードしたいと考えております。
 
調査したところ、ファイルを分割してアップロードする方法として「チャンクファイルアップロード」があると記載がありました。 ですが、上記の「チャンクファイルアップロード」を実際に利用できるかも、分かっておりません。 ナレッジベースでも構いませんので、教えて頂けると幸いです。 以上、よろしくお願いいたします。

Currently the file upload limit for SharePoint Online is 250 GB per file, you can upload a 250 MB file directly to SharePoint Online without partitioning.
