TeamsのIncoming webhookの追加が出来ない

Question

チャネルの管理からIncomingwebhookのコネクタの追加が出来ない TeamsのWebアプリからも同様 構成が出来ない コネクタが今年度中に廃止されることは確認しているが、現段階ではまだ使用可能なはずなのでどの様に対処すればいいのか PowerAutomateやワークフローでの構築方法について質問しているわけでは有りません。 IncomingWebhookを使用し、Teamsのチャネルに投稿する方法について質問しています。

Unable to add Incomingwebhook connector from Manage Channels.

Same from Teams web app

Cannot configure it.

I have confirmed that the connector will be discontinued by the end of this year, but at this stage it should still be available, so how do I deal with it?

I am not asking about how to build with PowerAutomate or Workflow.

I am asking about how to use IncomingWebhook to post to Teams channels.
