レジストリエディターのmousethreshold1とmousethreshold2はどういう意味のパラメーターですか

Microsoft の公式ドキュメントは無いようですが、マウスの加速に関する値のようです。

• mousethreshold1：マウスの速度が2倍になる移動距離
• mousethreshold2：マウスの速度が4倍になる移動距離

mousethreshold1≦ mousethreshold2 である必要があるようです（というか原理的にそうでないとおかしい）。
