アップデートエラー：正しいバージョンの製品がみつかりません。

Question

自動アップデートでエラーがでたので、マニュアルでアップデートを試みました。半分はうまくアップできましたが、残り半分は更新プログラムをインストールしようとしたら、正しいバージョンの製品がみつかりませんとエラーがでて、アップデートできませんでした。できなかった更新は以下のとおりです。

インストールされているかどうかは、コントロールパネルの「プログラムの追加と削除」を見ると確認できますよ。

インストールしたほうが良いか？については、基本的に、更新プログラムを入れるためのインストールは、必要ないと思います。

Microsoft Office 2007 については、使用する必要がなければ、インストール必要ないですし、

互換機能パックというのは、

Office 2003 が入っている環境で、Office 2007 で追加された新しいファイル形式を使うためのプログラムなので（参考：http://www.atmarkit.co.jp/fwin2k/win2ktips/848oxmlconv/oxmlconv.html）、そのような使用をする必要がなければ、インストールしなくてもよいと思います。

まずは、コントロールパネルのほうを確認してみてくださいね。不明点があれば、遠慮なく返信してください。

例えば、「$NtUninstallKB975025$」という風に、KBまたはQの後に6けたの数字があるフォルダです。

隠しファイル属性なので、ツール⇒フォルダオプションの表示タブで「すべてのファイル・・・」をチェックします。

使用ソフトウェアは Office Personal 2007 で、プレインストールされていました。

マニュアルでアップデートを試みたとは、言葉が足りなくて失礼しましたが、おっしゃるとおり、 Download Center から該当するプログラムをダウンロードした際に、正しいバージョンの製品がみつかりませんとのエラーが表示されました。

必要のない更新なら無視したいのですが、コンピューターのスクリーンに更新ありのマークが常に表示されるで、自動更新とマニュアルで更新を何度か試してみましたが、両方ともうまくいきません。良い方法があれば、教えて頂けますでしょうか？

私の方でも調べてみたところ、KB951550、KB954326で修正された問題については、さらに新しい修正プログラムが出ていましたので、

一度、新しいプログラムが入っているかを確認されてみたら良いかなと思います（入っていた場合は、改めて古いものをインストールする必要はないので・・・）。

KB951944 についても、「2007 Microsoft Office 製品または 2007 Office system 互換機能パック」がインストールされているかを確認すると良いかなと思います。

インストールされてない環境であれば、こちらもインストールの必要はないですね。
