WindowsフォトビューアーでJPGが開けません。

Windows7 Home Premium のWindowsフォトビューアーでJPGファイルを開こうとすると「このファイル形式はWindowsフォトビューアーでサポートされていないか、またはWindowsフォトビューアーの最新の更新プログラムが適用されていないため開けません。」がでます。

開いて確認できていたものですが、昨日急に見られなくなりました。

また、同じファイルフォルダーに次のファイルがいつの間にかついています。大量の写真データがこのようになっています。

下記の人と同じだと思いますが、ランサムウェアに感染していると思われます。
