同じファイル名のバージョン違いのファイルをインストールするMicrosoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistbutable Packageがインストールされている場合には、Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistbutable Packageはインストールできないというかそもそもインストールする必要がありません。
