Power Shell を起動すると例外をはいてすぐ落ちます

Power Shell を起動すると以下のエラーがでて起動することができません。

どのようにすればいいか全く見当がつかず、どなたかアドバイスをお願いいたします。

使用されている環境が分からないですが、システムファイルや環境変数などを変えたりしていませんか？

また、問題があるのは PowerShell だけでしょうか。

まずは簡単な確認として、アルファベットのみの新規ユーザーを作成して確認してみてください。
