出力デバイスに表示されない

Question

Bluetoothイヤホンのペアリングは出来たのですが、サウンド設定の出力デバイスの選択に表示されず困っています。

内蔵されたスピーカーのみ表示されます。

ペアリングした状態で音を流してもスピーカーからしか流れません。

トラブルシューティングやBluetoothドライバーの再インストール、Bluetoothサービスの再起動等行ったのですが何も変化がありませんでした。

どうすれば表示されるようになりますか？

Bluetoothイヤホンの付属取説か、メーカのサポートサイトで認識できないときのトラブル対処を見るほうが早い

じゃなければ、今月4月の月例更新プログラムによる不具合かもしれんが、

マイクロソフト側でも、フィードバックHubによる報告が来ないので実態がつかめない状態になっている

解決することができました！

デバイスのメーカーのサイトに行ってみたところ、どうやらBluetoothイヤホンのアップデートが必要だったらしいです。

Wireless関連のドライバー、サウンドドライバーをPCメーカーかデバイスメーカーから更新してみてください。

または、ご使用のイヤホンのメーカーに対応状況をご確認ください。

諦めるべきですかね…。
