Windows10から印刷ができない

Question

windows10で印刷できなくなった・・・・

プリンタを別の物に（同じbrother）つなぎ直しても同じ症状

brotherのドライバをアンインストール→再インストールしても同じ症状

PCとプリンタはUSBにて接続

コントロールパネルからプリンタのプロパティを確認しても2台とも正しく認識している

各設定は特に問題ないと思われる

ただしポートのタブで「双方向サポートを有効にする」はチェックなしで選択できない

印刷ジョブウィンドウを開いて、テストプリントやデータなどを印刷すると、ジョブが表示されて

数秒後に消えるが、プリンタは全く動作しない

データは何処へ行ってしまうのか？

６月のWindows Update［Ver.2004の場合：KB4557957］・［Ver.1903と1909の場合：KB4560960］

が原因かもしれません。

　　　問題が発生した更新プログラムを削除する
