Unreal Engine4 Crash Repoterに下記のエラーが表示されます。

久しぶりの自作で旧PCでは起動できていたのに新PCで動かず悩んでいます。
このエラーのパターン意外にもいくつかあるのですが直近のこちらを掲載します。
グラボが新品ではなく旧PCからの移植で依然そちらでも不具合を出したことがあり、グラボのハード的な故障を疑っています。
別グラボは所持しておらず確認ができない状態です。
