個人用のメールと予定表に以前のバージョンの Outlook for Mac を使用する

わたくしの環境でも同じ状態になります。
とりあえず Feed Back をして、 New Outlook を Off にした状態で運用されてはいかがですか。
新しいOutlook だと他人の予定表を開きたいが、アクセス権の確認から進まない

新しいOutlookを試したのですが、
ファイル＞開く＞他のユーザのフォルダーを開く...
で、名前を検索して、[フォルダーの種類: 予定表] にして[開く]を押下するが、
アクセス権を確認しています
の状態が一向に終わらず、開くことができません。
新しいOutlookをオフにした状態なら、[共有の予定表を開く] から開くことができます。
確認お願いします。

Feed Back したら、New Outlook ではまだ未対応なようです。

I would like to inform you that currently An Office 365, Outlook.com, or Google account are supported and IMAP/POP, Exchange, delegates and shared accounts are not supported in the New Outlook. I would like to inform you that currently our team is working on getting back the access of different types of accounts in New Outlook. You can prioritize the option to access shared Calendar in Nee Outlook by voting for it in our User Voice forum by clicking on this link: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/924856-the-new-outlook-for-mac/suggestions/38980501-open-view-shared-calendars
