Skype会議作成時のエラーについて

Outlook－予定表にて「新しいSkype会議」をクリックしたところ、

下のようなエラーが表示され、会議の作成が出来ません。

このアカウントの所有者の代理でSkype会議をスケジュールするアクセス許可はありません。アカウントの所有者に問い合わせて、Skype for Bussiness での代理アクセス許可を所得して下さい。

環境は、オンプレにてAD、Exchange Server を運用し、Office365を使用しています。

大半のユーザーは、問題無く使用出来ていますが、特定のユーザーでのみ、この現象が発生しています。

どこを確認すべきか等、ご助言頂けないでしょうか。

また、気付くのが遅くなり、失礼しました。

さっそくご教示頂いたページを見てみましたが、"Call Forwarding Settings." という項目そのものが表示されませんでした。

残念ながら解決には至りませんでした。

下記の設定を確認してみてください。

o designate a user as your delegate in Skype for Business, follow these steps:

Skype for Business on Windows:

Open your contacts home page and click on the options cog in the top right hand corner of Skype for Business.
Click on the Call Forwarding option and click on Edit my delegate members.
To add new delegate member, click on the Add button.
Type in the name of the person you wish to make a delegate, the number of a person you wish to make a delegate, or click on one of your existing contacts to make them a delegate.
Once you have chosen a delegate, it will appear in the box, and you can continue to add as many delegates as you need.
Once you have finished, click OK and you have finished setting up your delegates using Skype for Business.
NOTE: Non-Enterprise voice customers cannot be set up as delegates.
